Description
Organic Asahina Gyokuro Yabukita is a high quality, first harvest, 100% yabukita breed organic gyokuro from Shizuoka prefecture. A delightful mellow, sweet flavor and fresh aroma is what this organic gyokuro offers. The price tag makes it a great option for those on a budget, and it’s probably the best deal you’re ever likely to find on the internet for a high quality organic gyokuro! Harvested once a year, in spring, in Shizuoka, Asahina, Japan.
Brewing Organic Gyokuro
Organic gyokuro is brewed differently than other organic Japanese green teas. Here at Yuuki-Cha we enjoy three different methods of brewing organic gyokuro. They are (as seen below in the brewing suggestions box):
Gyokuro 3 mins brewing: This brewing method will yield a full, intense, rich, sweet, umami flavored organic gyokuro.
Gyokuro 2 mins brewing: This brewing method will yield a full, intense, biting sweet flavored organic gyokuro.
Gyokuro beginners brewing: This brewing method is the best place for a beginner to start at, and is preferred by many. It will yield a less intense, mellow, sweet flavored organic gyokuro.
