Brewing Organic Gyokuro
Organic gyokuro is brewed differently than other organic Japanese green teas. Here at Yuuki-Cha we enjoy three different methods of brewing organic gyokuro. They are (as seen below in the brewing suggestions box):
Gyokuro 3 mins brewing:
This brewing method will yield a full, intense, rich, sweet, umami flavored organic gyokuro.
Gyokuro 2 mins brewing:
This brewing method will yield a full, intense, biting sweet flavored organic gyokuro.
Gyokuro beginners brewing:
This brewing method is the best place for a beginner to start at, and is preferred by many. It will yield a less intense, mellow, sweet flavored organic gyokuro.
