Yuki Shino Mino Yaki Matcha Bowl

Description

What we have here is a chawan entitled Yuki shino, yuki meaning snow in English. It has a thick lush white shino glaze that resembles the snow quite magnificently. The other aspect of this bowl, which can be seen at the front, is a nice imaginative touch that resembles winter twigs that have fallen from trees and embedded into the snow. A common sight when walking in the winter wonderland of Japan! Made in Gifu, Japan by Mino-Yaki potter 'Kosaburo', and presented to you in a wooden gift box.
