Yuuki-Cha is a genuine pioneer in the sale of high quality organic green tea from Japan. From our humble beginnings to the present day, we have always maintained a very high standard of organic Japanese green teas. Throughout each and every year, our enthusiastic team continuously searches for those hard-to-find high quality organic green teas in all of the tea growing regions of Japan. Often it is a search that is fruitless and of great expense to us. Nevertheless, the search doesn't cease, and it is of great pleasure when we finally do discovered a gem of a tea!

FRESHNESS - All our organic teas are packaged in small batches and sent to us directly from farms giving us the opportunity to provide our customers with fresh organic tea throughout the year.

LOCATED IN JAPAN - Being in Japan and having Japanese staff enables us to visit farms and successfully negotiate with farmers to bring our customers some of the best organic green teas in Japan. In addition, dealing directly with the farmers makes it possible for us to bypass Japan’s notorious middleman system which in turn keeps our tea prices competitive.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC - All teas available through Yuuki-Cha are grown in accordance with nature and are certified organic by JAS. Some teas also carry USDA certification.

STRICTLY NO CONVENTIONAL - There are no excuses! It is a fact and common knowledge that conventional green tea in Japan is sprayed numerous times throughout the year with various pesticide formulas, and is force grown with nitrogen-heavy chemical fertilizers. This results in tea that is not only harmful to our bodies, but also to our environment. For these reasons we will never stock conventional Japanese green tea.

HIGH GRADE - Buying low grade organic green tea and labeling it as 'premium' or 'high quality' is something we let other dubious vendors do. We source the high graded organic green teas that are commonly only available on the Japanese market.
