First of all, let us tell you that we value our customer's privacy a great deal. That is why we have taken every precaution to ensure that your information is collected and stored accurately, confidentially and without danger of unauthorized access. Placing An Order...

Placing an order couldn't be easier, once you have created an account it is just a matter of choosing the items that you would like to purchase and then checkout! The following is a step-by-step guide on how to place an order:

Step One...

First you'll want to browse and explore our diverse range of organic Japanese green teas and tea ware by clicking in the respective categories in the left hand column.

Step Two...

Once you have decided what to purchase add your choices to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add To Cart' button seen in both the product page and the category listings page. Please also add the quantities you'd like to purchase in the quantity box.

Step Three...

Continue to browse and add products to your shopping cart repeating steps 2 & 3 as necessary. Once you have finished adding products to your shopping cart click the green 'Go To Checkout' button.

Step Four...

You'll then be asked to log in or create an account. If you are a first time customer, please fill in the registration form by entering your relevant details then click the 'Submit' button. If you are already registered, please log in by entering your email address and password.

Step Five...

Once you are registered and logged in go to the shopping cart page and click the green 'Go To Checkout' button.

Step Six...

You'll then start the checkout procedure. On the first page which is the 'Delivery Information' page, please choose your shipping address, shipping method, and add any comments to your order if you wish. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please click the gray 'Change Your Address' button. Once you have finished click the green 'Continue Checkout' button at the bottom of the page.

Step Seven...

On the next page which is the 'Payment Information' page, please choose your billing address. If you need to make changes to your billing address, please click the gray 'Change Your Address' button. On this page you can also enter a discount coupon or gift certificate if you have one, and add any comments to your order if you wish. Once you have finished click the green 'Continue Checkout' button at the bottom of the page.

Step Eight...

On the next page which is the 'Order Confirmation' page, please check all the details are correct for your order including your billing address, shipping address, order comments, cart contents, shipping method, and costs. If you need to make any changes, please click the gray 'Edit' button. Once you have finished click the green 'Confirm The Order' button at the bottom of the page.

Step Nine...

You'll then be redirected to Paypal where you'll need to either pay by credit card, bank transfer, or directly through your Paypal account. Once you have made the payment, please return to our store to finalize your order.

Step Ten...

Upon a successful transaction of your payment through Paypal, you will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email from us, and once we have dispatched your order we'll send you an 'Order Update' email to confirm it. You can also check the status of your order through your account pages.
