Coming directly to us from the Nakanishi Families Organic Tencha Plantation in Kyoto comes their Tsuki Grade Organic Uji Matcha, made exclusively from Yamanoibuki cultivar. A very rare cultivar in tencha production, but one which Mr. Nakanishi has successfully nurtured into great tasting organic matcha that is best prepared as usucha (thin matcha).

A truly vibrantly green organic matcha that whisks up into a lovely smooth textured matcha with a brilliant creamy taste along with authentic ooika aroma and a nice clean aftertaste with no bitterness at all.
