This organic sencha comes to us from a very professional and immaculately kept organic tea plantation in Kirishima, Kagoshima, Japan, and is made exclusively from the Okuyutaka cultivar. It's a very fragrant organic sencha, that has been approximately medium steamed. It has a mouthfeel that is totally characteristic of 100% Okuyutaka cultivar, both mellow and soft yet rich and complex tasting, too.
