What our grower in Uji has done for this matcha is combine a selection of first harvested tencha leaves and stone-ground them into a fine powder to create an Uji matcha that can be enjoyed at a very affordable price. This makes it perfect for economically minded consumers who are looking for a low-cost cheap matcha to drink on a daily basis.
