A limited offering of a very special high grade of organic sencha made from ASATSUYU cultivar which has been kindly put together for us by Nishi-San at his organic tea plantations in Kirishima.

Every year Nishi-san puts high importance on producing asatsuyu cultivar. He considers it to be the most important sencha cultivar that he currently produces and he makes sure that it's the best it can possibly be each harvest year.

The one he has put together for us is using only the very first harvested young leaves and buds. Nishi himself managed every stage of the production including the final roasting. Nothing was covertly handled by a tea manufacture. A true tea grower's organic sencha from start to finish. One of the best.
