A very rare limited production of Organic Japanese White Tea from Gokase Town, Miyazaki Prefecture made during the first harvest in spring and exclusively made from tea leaves that were hand-picked from either Minekaori tea bushes or Okumidori tea bushes (please choose your preferred cultivar in the available options). Brew is very delicate with floral aroma and lovely long lasting aftertaste that's both sweet and mellow. Quite a remarkable tea and certainly an exclusive tea that has never before been offered to tea drinkers around the world.

Brewing: Use only a small amount of water e.g. 3-4oz (90-120ml) with a good portion of leaves (leaves are very light, so probably more than you might think). Brew at around 70C for 1-2 minutes. Adjust to your preference if needed. Enjoy.
