Organic Saemidori Sencha from a small plantation in Shibushi in Kagoshima. Grower uses a strong medium-deep steam process to bring out the rich green taste of Saemidori. Also has a slight buttery mouthfeel. Best brewed at a lower temperature to bring out all of those fantastic qualities.
