This particular organic Kamairicha green tea is a master blend of the finest pan-fired leaves specially selected out of the very first harvest. Only the very finest leaves from Yabukita and Saemidori tea bushes were selected for this one! An exceptional organic Kamairicha that represents the best of this year's crop from this particular tea garden in the northern mountainous region of Miyazaki where the most famed Kamairicha is produced!

Well-aged organic compost is a traditional part of Japanese farming, and when fed to tea bushes in balanced amounts it makes for delicious green tea! No soil depleting poisonous chemical fertilizers are ever applied to the tea bushes:

Chagusa keeps the moisture in the soil, acts as a nitrogen fixer aswell as makes the soil fertile, protects the tea bushes roots, makes for a bouncy walk-through experience, and results in delicious high quality green tea:
